Our Zero Pest Zone System® is trademarked in Washington, and is exclusive to our company. It involves insect and rodent elimination within specific areas using methods that put stress on the populations and eliminate their hiding places. Please note that the concept must be Zero, since any remaining insects or rodents will multiply, resulting in a quick re-growth of the infestation.
The Zero Pest Zone System® consists of:
1. Putting stress on the insects and eliminating their hiding places.
2. Use of materials that eliminate through mechanical or desiccant means.
3. Use of mechanical means such as caulking compounds, traps, glue boards, freezing cold, and/or any other methods that are mechanical to eliminate pests in areas where normal methods have proven ineffective or would affect the environment.
4. Monitoring to identify and eliminate rodent and/or insect infestation.
5. Maintaining records of all applications, treatments and inspection results.
6. Quality assurance inspections by to insure optimum service.
Exterior Power Spraying
Our holistic approach to pest control sometimes means looking at how the outside environment affects the inside of a facility. Treating the landscaped perimeter of a building creates a barrier to prevent outdoor insects from migrating in.
Drain CleaningMost commonly, infestations of fruit flies, drain flies, and roaches are associated with a kitchen's drains. Our procedure for cleaning drains involves a pre scheduled off hours visit to remove drain covers in order to scrape, scrub, remove, and power wash away the organic matter built up in your kitchen's drains. Noticeable reductions of infestations are seen within days!
Locker Treatments
Often, sources of roach infestations at facilities are locker rooms. As part of our Integrated Pest Management program we can provide protection from cockroaches being brought into a facility with people's clothing or belongings.
