Salespeople are with the company 14 and 33 years. Even our customer service representative has been here 10 years. Bob had no previous pest control experience, but has stood up to the challenge of eliminating pest infestations and maintaining the Zero Pest Zone™ at numerous accounts. Bob has spent two days a week, every week, for the past 6 years servicing one of New York City’s largest and most famous museums. Bob has experience servicing pharmaceutical industry accounts in multiple states.
When Bell began to provide service to one of New York City’s large apartment buildings, known for many celebrities who live in the building, Bob prepared for the job by spending his weekend watching movies featuring some of those famous people. He looked for ways of building relationships with the people he would interact with on a regular basis.
Clients invite Bob into the lottery pools and football pools at his accounts. Bob has built friendships out of his ongoing dealings with his contacts at accounts he services.
