Thank you for your interest in Bell Environmental Services. Though you may not have heard of us prior to your visit to this website, I want to take this opportunity to explain our company to you. Relative to most pest control companies, Bell Environmental Services is quite large. The resources are here to provide premium quality service to value conscious clients.
Bell Environmental Services, a leading pest control and bird control company was founded in 1963 by its still current owner, Phil Waldorf. Bell has enlisted the next generation into the business. First, Phil’s son Heath joined Bell in 2003. Heath has been intricately involved with all elements of the company, including learning to service accounts and having a pest control route, prior to working on sales and marketing for the company. Recently, Phil’s daughter, Jennifer joined Bell to further build and to maintain relationships with our pest control clientele.
We are not innovative in our pest management methods. We practice textbook pest control. It works! The difference between Bell and our competitors is the quality of our work in performing text book pest control. We are the ones who actually solve your problem.
Our Zero Pest Zone System™ for Integrated Pest Management has been in place and successful long before IPM (Integrated Pest Management) became a catch phrase in the pest control industry. Bell takes a holistic approach to pest control and maintains committed to minimizing the use of pesticides in our pest control program. In doing so, our program is optimal for any condition.
Over the years, our typical clientele has changed. In the 60’s and early 70’s, the company was performing residential home service and termite control. In the late 70’s and 80’s, the food industry was our typical client. In the 80’s and 90’s, our program proved essential for the pharmaceutical industry who relied on quality assurance and intricate documentation to satisfy regulators. Since then, Bell has taken on a more broad based clientele of well known commercial, industrial, and institutional entities throughout the Northeast. We specifically do not mention our clients by name publicly for their privacy. However, our references are impeccable.
In order to put together this new website, I personally spent several days with various pest management technicians to collect many of the photographs you see on this and further pages. I never realized until now what has made this company so good. The people who work at Bell Environmental are results oriented and take pride in their success. I could not believe some of the places these technicians and managers laid down on, climbed up to, and crawled around in to look for evidence of roaches and mice.
One technician stood out in my mind for a comment he made about a mall’s food court which he began servicing three months prior to my time with him. He said, “I am starting to feel proud of this account. I started with problems in almost all the twenty individual stands, but I’m down to only having roaches in one of them. Even that problem has been getting better. I’ll have it down to zero in another few weeks.” I was so impressed by the level of pride in his work, his commitment to “Zero”, and his relationship with the people who work at the account.
